We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the clean and well-appointed rooms. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close enough to everything and near to the central station, making transportation into the city centre easy. The highlight for us was the delicious breakfast with excellent coffee, served in a relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely staff, calm atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms with high ceilings and natural light. Nice adjoining cafe and safe luggage storage. Great showers with good water pressure. Open windows in the rooms. Option to use stairs.

This place is a hidden gem! In the heart of the city, it is located close to everything, in the Ultimo neighborhood of Sydney. The service room is exceptional! The staff did an excellent job and had great customer service. This place has all that you need for a memorable stay, such as laundry, shuttle service, and in-room amenities. The room was clean and had an electric kettle for making coffee or tea. I was impressed that the hotel had a dining room and bar/lounge area with a wide range of special diet menus.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The Vulcan Hotel offers spacious rooms with comfy beds and an added bonus of a balcony. The location is great, close to UTS, TAFE, USyd, Central train station, and Chinatown. The staff are exceptional, super helpful and obliging. Free wifi is a plus for any traveler looking for good and affordable accommodation in Sydney.
Felt truly spoilt during my stay at the Vulcan Hotel, no reason to complain.

We were actually surprised when we forgot our travel adapter and the cleaning staff promptly made a report. The next day, we called and they had the adapter ready for us. The staff at Vulcan Hotel really goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The Victorian style adds a charming touch to the hotel, and the breakfasts are the best. The room, although small, was functional and the bed was very comfortable. we would definitely recommend staying at Vulcan Hotel.
